“While checking on my storage unit, I had to stop by the office and had the opportunity to meet four gentlemen; Ben, Matt, Joe, and Dan. They were apparently conducting training, but what truly stood out to me as a customer was the level of care and professionalism they showed.
Unfortunately, not all storage companies operate this way. Some hire employees and rarely provide proper support or oversight at their facilities. I’ve had a very unfortunate experience with neighboring storage companies in the past due to lack of training and support from corporate, which makes this experience even more appreciated.
Public Storage continues to stand out when it comes to customer satisfaction. From leadership to associates, the commitment to professionalism, customer care, and attention to detail is evident. Thank you to Ben, Matt, Joe, and Dan for making such a positive impression!”

The place was not ready, spider webs & slight trash on the ground but the rep who was working in the office was able to use a blower to clear it out for me. He also let me know the price does change after 3 months which was very helpful. Besides that easy and quick process.”
