“The folks at Brookfield couldn't have been nicer or more helpful when I pulled up with my damaged car after been sideswiped by a truck, hours from home, a few weeks ago. My husband pointed out the details we had noticed with our bumper not sitting flush as it was before. However, Sabrina was very professional & understanding. “I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years so it's about time I give them the 5-star review they deserve. I'm always given an estimate ahead of time and they always wait for my go ahead to do the work. At least twice they told me I could hold off on a repair because the car was still safe to drive. Their shuttle service is free and convenient. I'm always able to get an appointment within a day of calling, and the work is always completed the same day I drop the car off. Rhonda in particular is the best. Long story short, this is a business you can trust, and they do good work.”

“I purchased a car from Prestige Auto. It said it had passed vehicle safety inspection. We'll, not so much. R&M and Tom have gone above and beyond to get all the problems fixed. He brought me to work and picked me up. Tom kept in contact with me every time he had my vehicle. Prestige wouldn't do a thing. I asked to swap out for another vehicle I was denied. They refused to give me a loaner even after the repair shop has had the car more than I have. R&M is great, Prestige is the problem. They said they gave me a 4 year bumper to bumper. What they didn't tell me was they charged me $4000 for it. I guess Prestige thought I was just another stupid woman who doesn't know about the lemon law. Tom your the best!”

“Century Collision did an awesome job fixing my car after I was rear-ended. They were able to get me in quickly and fixed my car quickly. They're professional and honest. My insurance would only cover the cost of non-OEM parts, but CCC was able to find a dealership that would match the price so I was able to get genuine OEM parts for the price of aftermarket. If you need bodywork done to your vehicle, I'd suggest checking them out.”

Dude on the phone gave an eta of about 20 minutes, and the tow guy got there in 15. Very friendly tow guy, happened to be training another dude who was also very nice.
