“I Love this bank...I 've had a checking and savings accounts here since 1981...outstanding experience with them always,...banking management always helpful and friendly! Fantastic checking and savings rates...online website, and smart phone app...really a outstanding experience with this Banking institution!”
“So far, I have no complaints. I opened an account recently. The only thing I found a bit disconcerting was the fact that the person who assisted me with opening my account wrote my SSN down on a piece of paper. It made me uncomfortable, and I let them know. I was assured that the paper would be shredded at the end of the day, however, having worked with finances as an employee, writing down account numbers, SSNs or CC#s was absolutely forbidden as it created an unnecessary security risk.
I still don't feel.comfortable about the situation a month later, and am considering closing my accounts.”
“Very friendly & proficient. If I overdraw (by mistake, once in 15 years) they called me to let me know, so I could transfer funds immediately, to cover the overdrawn account & not get an over draft fee. I like that small hometown personal touch.”

I'd like to thank all the ladies. I believe they have all gone out of their way to help. I'm 78 and sometimes I need help anything from reset password to dealing with a scam charge.

“Thank you so much to Arin who helped me when my cars got hacked. He printed me a new one same day and explained how I’ll have to dispute charges etc. Whole process took less than 5 min and I was in and out with a new card with access to MY money. Thanks Arin!”
