“I’m going out of my way to submit feedback for my visit on Friday, February 20, because I had an exceptional experience at your store. My cashier, Allysa, and the gentleman who was the manager on duty (I apologize for not remembering his name) were both incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. I truly believe they deserve recognition—and please make sure they get a raise—because people like them can make or break a shopping experience, and they are genuine gems.
Allysa was an absolute standout. Most cashiers I encounter aren’t particularly warm or engaging, but she was everything a cashier could be: friendly, smiley, respectful, and attentive. She went out of her way to offer thoughtful advice when I was torn between decor items for my bedroom, and her suggestions were spot-on. I even returned to the store to purchase additional items based on her recommendations because she perfectly understood my vision and helped me bring it together. Her level of care, attention, and product knowledge far exceeds what I’ve come to expect.
While I was shopping, I accidentally hit a piece with my back and broke the base. I felt completely humiliated, but the manager immediately reassured me that it was no problem and helped me resolve it with ease. Their patience, kindness, and professionalism made what could have been an awkward situation completely stress-free.
As someone who works in the entertainment industry as a producer in television and film, a very cutthroat field, I can say without hesitation that I would very easily pluck Allysa or this manager out and hire them myself. They have talent, charisma, and professionalism that’s rare to find. Stores are defined by their people, and I sincerely hope their efforts are noticed, rewarded, and compensated accordingly. “For my 30th birthday, my girlfriend had given me a double neck guitar kit(that I had been wanting to buy for years). I love working on guitars, but last time I tried staining/clear coating one, it came out looking like someone just dropped a bowl of pasta sauce on it. After reading some reviews on different woodworkers, furniture makers, and local artists whos portfolio is filled with paint focused projects, I chose to give the Westmount group a try. Jeff and I emailed back and forth for about a week. Discussing what I wanted in terms of colors, sheen, and layout of where I wanted the color. Jeff took the time to ensure that he fully understood what I was envisioning in my mind for this guitar. I brought the guitar in, and we looked on the computer at different hues available, and he showed me the different levels of sheen I could chose from. After about 2 weeks, Jeff contacted me to let me know the stain had arrived, and double checked all the details before he started staining. 3 days later, he emailed me again, telling me it was completed (way faster than I expected). This morning I went in and picked up the guitar, and it looks even better than I imagined! Jeff did incredible work, and is very kind and professional. I am very happy with his work, and next guitar kit I get, or any other project that comes up that is in his wheelhouse, I will absolutely bring it to Westmount group!Service: Wood staining”

“The Target store in Orange is a pleasant shopping experience. The store is clean, the shelves are well-stocked, and the employees (when you can find them) are helpful. However,I was surprised at the total lack of merchandising today. The end caps look like the merchandise was just thrown on the shelves. It was nice to be able to find all the items on my shopping list. Occasionally, we were even able to find items on sale that are a good value. The store is organized, and the aisles have plenty of room to navigate carriages without bumping into people or displays. There is a abundant selection of gifts for both the home and for children on your list. The check out system used to be very fast and efficient. Unfortunately, the self check out seems to always have some issues. Overall, there is plenty of parking and the positives outweigh the checkout issue and lack of merchandising.”
