“My Wife and I had a great experience at the mattress firm in Shelton CT, our salesperson Angelo was very friendly and knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions and concerns. The purchasing process was very easy and the delivery scheduling was basically what ever day we wanted. We would definitely consider purchasing from this location in the future.”

“I came into the store after doing my research with a particular mattress in mind to purchase. Chris educated me and suggested something that was a better fit for me. I like that I was educated and didn't feel pressured; I felt like I was talking to a friend about my mattress needs. Mattress Firm was able to match a competitor's pricing, gave me a good price on pillows and a mattress cover. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm and Chris.”

“After months of looking online and trying to find a bed and a box that would meet my wife and my needs. I stopped at mattress plus and met with Dave price. And the first mattress, he pointed out based on my requirements. Turned out to be perfect. In fact, I'm buying it today. And i'm pretty sure i'm going to be very happy with this period it's a casper snow mattress, and i'm gonna get it delivered in a couple of days.”

“Went in for a water filter for the frig and came out with a new grill and a few needed accessories. Manny was very helpful - suggested a few things we needed for the grill, but wasn’t high pressure if we said we didn’t want something. The PCR system is very helpful b/c we have purchased many appliances over the years and they can look up what we have now so they can sell us the right part (in this case, a frig water filter). We have shopped at PCR for years as they have a good selection and any Bells or whistles that someone wants. I recommend buying extended warranty on any frig - we’ve had to use a couple of times over the years for different makes and models, and it’s always minimal hassle to get the repair or replacement for anything not working.”

“I went in a little anxious bc of other mattress firms and how pushy some of the sales people are, but Derek is not like that!! It was actually a very painless and good experience! Great guy. Our new mattress and pillows are fantastic. In contrast to a different mattress firm where they were trying to sell me everything that was double to triple my budget and I walked out with no mattress. Highly recommend Derek and the Ansonia location.”
