“It’s been a while since I’ve been into a physical Beat But location but re commend this one and will be back. I was impressed with the large selection of appliances and open box options for a bargain hunter like me, 2 things I didn’t expect. On top of that I had a small issue with an order I placed online and came to pick up, but “Big Kev” took great care of me and got me all squared away in a matter of minutes.”
“Richard as well as the staff where very helpful fix my problem as well as letting me know of promotion I was about to miss out on and got a new phone they made everything feel seamless and quick was out of there in 45 minutes would highly recommended”
“I was reminded that my replacement glass protector would only be 12 dollars. Then, I was directed to some new phone cases and he recommended one that would be in your warranty program. He demonstrated the kickstand on the phone cases very helpful but not pushy. I’ll be back!”

“Justin is the most proficient, efficient and capable T-Mobile employee I have encountered over the years as a T-Mobile customer. He helped navigate a SIM card issue that could not be resolved at other T-Mobile stores. On other occasions he also came through with exceptional service.

“The manager, Wilson, is extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. It was such an easy process to move my line from a family member's plan to my own and upgrade my phone. He answered all my questions and didn't try to upsell me on anything I wasn't interested in. In some of my past experiences at other AT&T stores, the employee upgrading you often just wants to pitch things to you that will just increase their commission, Wilson actually cared about prioritizing my budget and overall experience with starting my own phone plan. Also, shoutout Jose who is super nice and was also a huge help! When the data was transferring over from my old phone to the new, it took a decent amount of time but I really enjoyed making conversation with them and the atmosphere was very friendly. Overall, the employees of this store are very attentive and caring and I felt comfortable.”

“After a frustrating 4-hour journey bouncing between T-Mobile locations, I would highly recommend visiting the West Farms Mall Branch. It was there that I finally had the pleasure of speaking with Assistant Manager Maya Sears Powell, who patiently and professionally attended to my needs. Her excellent customer service was a shining example of the high standards that T-Mobile should strive for. “Saved my relationship with Big Red! Without going into too much of the backstory, my first ever trade-in for the brand new Samsung s23 promotion went sideways immediately. The website could not identify either phone during the trade-in process even though they had been verified before my purchase. Fortunately the manager and assistant manager were able to pull this dumpster fire together and I've been getting my bill credits successfully since March 2023.”
