Ever since the Local Quick lube Shop screwed me over and destroyed my oil pan, I have been bringing my Lexus to these guys for over 7 years now. Prices are on the high end, but it matches the quality and the professionalism. I got my headlights restored the last time , and my 2009 vintage car runs and looks like brand new now!”
“Had a piece of metal which sliced my tire and dropped it off there on a Saturday to get a new tire installed. Got called that it was ready the next Monday. 5 stars for quick service. 1 star for when I got the bike, the person who rode it out of the shop for me pointed out that the mechanic who did it scratched the crap out of my muffler! Going back tomorrow to talk to the owner since he was apparently out when I went to pick up the bike. Will edit review once I get it worked out because otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Everyone was very friendly.
Edit: Brought my bike back to the shop and the got it taken care of free of charge! They even offered to replace my muffler but I told them I just wanted the paint touched up to prevent rust. Will definitely go back there for service in the future.”

Chino ended up painting my entire vehicle for a very reasonable price then a year later I took it back to him after a small ding occurred. Great service! Great people! Customer for life!!!!!! “On Thursday, March 16 my daughter was coming back from Hartford hospital. She just had work done on her steering wheel and on the way back from Hartford Hospital her steering wheel locked up getting on the entrance ramp to 91 S. by Whitehead highway. My daughter called me to let me know what was going on and then called AAA. When I arrived, I called AAA just to verify that there was a call put in because she said the lady at AAA was very rude. They had no record of her call or anything, so this lady expedited our tow service. We also had a state trooper come out who had to push my daughters car to a safe spot. We had no clue what the streets names that we were on exact location. We gave landmarks and everything to AAA. One capital towing called us. The lady was very sweet, very professional and kind as to try to figure out where we were. I sent the woman my locations and she was trying to get a hold of the driver to let them know where we were at that time. When I told her there was a driver behind us, she didn’t want me getting out of the car yet just to make sure it was him and she couldn’t get a hold of her driver. I got out of the car and asked him if he was the man that was from capital towing and he said yes you are all set hooked up and ready to go so he was able to find us hook us up in The little bit of time that I was on the phone with this woman from capital towing. The experience with this company made this nightmare last night so much better experience if I’m ever in Hartford and God forbid something happens to one of our cars I would definitely be calling capital towing. The kindness and concern about my daughters safety was comforting to me as a mother. Even though my daughter is a young adult it was still my major concern as it was theirs as well. I could go on and on about this company. If you ever need a tow in the Hartford area definitely give them a call. Also JR or RJ the driver was a true gentleman.
