“Brought my Chrysler 300 in with several weird front-end clunking noises. They diagnosed 2 problems that were causing the issue. They fixed the major front-end issue, right away. We left with the car's performance, considerably better! The second issue was brake noise, which I thought I could live with, which had lessened after the first repair. I thought I could live with, it until it got worse after 6 months. I reached back out and they confirmed the issue and fixed it the same day. “I saw they were selling a 2018 Audi a8 4.0t on Facebook marketplace. I reached out to them to let them know that I was possibly interested. They are based in Connecticut and I am in New York. After having a positive back and forth with one of the employees named Joe, I decided to take the 5 hour trip and check the car out in person. Joe had already responded to any questions I had and he even did a video of chat walk around of the vehicle. He assured me that the vehicle was in great condition and that he thought that once I saw it in person, I would agree. So when I arrived he was there waiting for me and eager to show me around the car and show all the features the car had. I took it for a test drive and it drove great. I decided to make the purchase and they were able to get me a temporary registration so that I would be able to drive it home the same day. They reiterated that it would come with a 30 day/3000 mile warranty in case anything did happen that it would be covered. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience with them. They were all great to deal with and didn't try any of the "hidden fee" nonsense that many places try to do that advertise online. I am definitely a happy customer and I will update this review if anything ch3. But as of right now I would definitely recommend them and can verify from experience that they are an honest dealer”

“On Thursday, March 16 my daughter was coming back from Hartford hospital. She just had work done on her steering wheel and on the way back from Hartford Hospital her steering wheel locked up getting on the entrance ramp to 91 S. by Whitehead highway. My daughter called me to let me know what was going on and then called AAA. When I arrived, I called AAA just to verify that there was a call put in because she said the lady at AAA was very rude. They had no record of her call or anything, so this lady expedited our tow service. We also had a state trooper come out who had to push my daughters car to a safe spot. We had no clue what the streets names that we were on exact location. We gave landmarks and everything to AAA. One capital towing called us. The lady was very sweet, very professional and kind as to try to figure out where we were. I sent the woman my locations and she was trying to get a hold of the driver to let them know where we were at that time. When I told her there was a driver behind us, she didn’t want me getting out of the car yet just to make sure it was him and she couldn’t get a hold of her driver. I got out of the car and asked him if he was the man that was from capital towing and he said yes you are all set hooked up and ready to go so he was able to find us hook us up in The little bit of time that I was on the phone with this woman from capital towing. The experience with this company made this nightmare last night so much better experience if I’m ever in Hartford and God forbid something happens to one of our cars I would definitely be calling capital towing. The kindness and concern about my daughters safety was comforting to me as a mother. Even though my daughter is a young adult it was still my major concern as it was theirs as well. I could go on and on about this company. If you ever need a tow in the Hartford area definitely give them a call. Also JR or RJ the driver was a true gentleman.
