I was having some trouble with my card and account. The guy I talked to was so nice. Here I am wearing a dirty sweatshirt and jeans. Mostly because I don't know how to wash clothes and I'm trying. This guy didn't care. Talked to me professionally. This guy was absolutely amazing

The service when you drive up for a teller to simply make a withdraw from your account is absolutely ridiculous. I waited for 10 minutes once I gave them my withdrawal slip. This needs to be improved.
