He and Berkshire helped me keep my small business alive through the hardest parts of the pandemic with great information and guidance towards government assistance. I can't say enough good things about this bank. They took me in as a new client when no other banks would. My international corporate bank at the time would not give me the time of day for a single response to my needs for help. “Love, love, love I think this is the BEST branch of all the branches I have done my business with. Every single person will say hello as soon as you walk in the door. The tellers have personalities and really know their business. One day in particular I used the drive thru but the tube wasn't working. The teller came in the speaker and said " I'll be more than happy to come out and take your transaction". WHO DOES THAT????? I told her that wasn't necessary, I'll come in. Really? Talk about going out if your way for service!”
