“Best prices around, and everyone knows it, so I would expect lines of varying length depending on the day of the week and time of day. Busy days it will take around 10-15 minutes tops to be in and out. They recently added a sign that tells you if certain pumps are open which was a much needed addition. Pumps are quick, and if you went to BJ's before Costco opened, you know that these are MUCH faster than those ones. Attendants are also very helpful if you require their assistance.”

“Save money, Shop Aldi FIRST, and finish up at your second favorite store. I have cost compared meny a time. Always save at Aldi. Steaks melt in your mouth. Don't be afraid of the unknown name brands. Most are better than big names that you're paying for...”

“We’ve been shopping at Whole Foods since this location first opened, and it continues to be our favorite grocery stores thanks to the outstanding team members who work here.

A special thank you to Sam in the deli department. He recently helped us with several items that needed to be sliced very thin, which I know can be a time-consuming and meticulous task. Despite the extra effort involved, Sam was incredibly patient, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout the entire interaction. He took the time to make sure everything was done exactly as requested, and his customer service was exceptional.

We’d also like to recognize Brandon, who we’ve interacted with countless times. We most often see him working the registers, but we’ve also run into him throughout the store. Brandon is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and he consistently makes our shopping experience better.

“On Friday before Valentine’s Day I picked out a dozen long stem roses, with extra baby’s breath. I was going to take them home and leave in my garage until Valentine’s Day, but the Floral manager said that would kill them and suggested I leave them until that morning and they would be ready to go. I picked them up and went home to give them to my wife for our first Valentine’s since we got married in December. When she opened them to put in a vase there were only 10 ! I called the store and spoke to the manager Ron , who was nice enough to have someone bring me out another dozen ASAP. Thank you so much Ron , it will be a first Valentine’s to remember!! ?”

“Don’t let the reviews scare you away!!

I bought the tires first online before reading reviews which I never do but I didn’t realize there was a separate tire center page for Costco. Anyways after reading reviews I was terrified..

So I called and spoke on the phone to a very kind and compassionate woman named Dani. She was so reassuring of my fear due to reviews. I felt much better after she took the time to talk to me on the phone. Very thankful for Dani!!

I then called a second time to ask where to park upon arrival, any additional fees, etc. I spoke to a very kind man who was patient and understanding. He was able to reschedule my appointment to a sooner date over the phone. Very much appreciated!! I didn’t get his name..

The tire appointment itself went very smoothly I arrived at 10:30a for a 10:45a appointment waited in line for a few minutes, checked in, then walked around Costco, ate a hotdog, and went to customer service desk for unrelated questions. Around 12:15p my car was finished and I received a text. Realistic time frame for such a busy place if you don’t mind waiting a little over an hour. There is so much in walking distance and Costco is huge so go get some steps in and before you know it your car will be done.
