“I have used Quest on numerous occasions and have always had great luck. The phlebotmist
was efficient and friendly. There was no waiting and no fuss. She was very good at her job. My only issue was that Google maps kept telling me to go to the back of the building to enter. I couldn't find it. I had to actually get out of my car and ask someone because it was located in a large mall system. She told me it sometimes sends people across the street. Fix that Google! But good job Quest in making and anxious time less stressful.”
“I had a wonderful experience with this lab testing our well water for a house we are purchasing. I had questions regarding the test and gave them a call. MARYELLEN was very kind, taking the time to explain everything to me. Even giving us suggestions on how we can proceed. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable. If you're looking for a reliable company who knows what their doing with water quality give them a call. I will absolutely be using them again in the future to provide safe water quality testing.”

“I appreciate mobile check-in option. It's always clean and neat in the waiting room and patient rooms and the temp is comfy. A short wait time is very important to me - I usually head to work right after so I need to be able to get in and out. Everyone is always pleasant no matter how early in the morning I go. No pain; easy, peasy, quick and easy. Results always pop up quickly on the app too. ☺️”

“The man who took my blood used a location on my arm that I don't see others use and it turned out great! He was professional and he got my blood in one take and I didn't feel a thing. My senior mother also had blood taken by him that day and she had a smooth expression. I forgot his name. Great job! (Also we went right in at our appt arrival!)”
“The technician at this visit was incredibly nice, thorough and accommodating. Definitely the best experience I have had at a blood draw. She made sure the two requests I had did not have any overlapping tests. She went over the cost. And, most importantly, when she noticed the size of the draw, she offered to take me to another room and let me lay down. Then she talked to me during the draw to try to take my mind off the amount of blood drawn.”

“Jessica who works at Quest 85 seymour street is great! Not only is she nice and easy to talk to she luvs her job and it shows! She takes the time to help others in need of assistance with the check in machine with a smile even though she's got a room full. She's quick!! When I had Bloodwork done I happened to look over and she was putting on the bandage! I didn't feel a thing. She knows what shes doing thats for sure! I'd be happy to have someone like Jessica as an employee of mine. She really deserves 5 + ★★★★★s”
