“I saw an ad for a car for sale on Craigs List. Being 3 hours away, I first called and spoke with Mike about the car. Having had some bad experiences with other out of state dealers, I was a little gun shy about purchasing out of state again. Mike was very forthcoming about the car and told me about the work they had put into it since they bought it. I made an appointment to go take a look at it, and when I arrived the car was already on the lift. Mike was there ready to show me the entire underneath and show me where trouble spots might possible occur. The car was everything he said it was, so I ended up purchasing it. Once back in Vermont, I needed to get a state inspection and the car passed with flying colors. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at John Fitch Automotive and would recommend them without hesitation.”
“When I first purchased my vehicle from Mike and Tony’s, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Unfortunately, a few challenges have come up since then.
Within six months, the car has experienced two breakdowns and is now in need of a new engine. It’s been at the service center for over a month, and I’ve been in contact with Sims (the service manager) and Tony as they continue to review the situation.
