I was taken right in and the phlebotomist Janae (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing! She was super friendly from the moment she called us into the room and she made my 3 year old feel so at ease. She was gentle and caring and made it such a positive experience for him! “The experience at the Center itself, was unbelievably efficient. I loved the online check-in upon arrival (no waiting at a service desk) and how quick and efficient the whole process was. I was in and out in 5 min, and the Center itself was only a 2-min drive from my house. The web site experience was not great. The initial booking of the appointment, and then wanting to check in to verify the appointment was made, proved to be very cumbersome. The web site did not send an email or text confirmation and was very difficult to navigate to find my appointment (and yes, I was logged in). I eventually got there, but very round about.”
