βI brought more than a few projects to JoJoβs over the years. Every job has been done wonderfully, professionally, and in a timely manner. I recently had a Springfield Prodigy, which would not cycle properly. They diagnosed the problem, resolved it, and got it back to me. Took it to the range today, and it performed flawlessly.β

βDeep stock. Good tools. Extreme patience. Franky devoted nearly two hours to successfully fit skates on my niece, whose two feet differed by one whole size. He experimented with different brands, widths, insert types, socks β getting closer and closer β then baked the pair that did the trick. She is delighted and prepped to skate with her toddler son, who does not yet know he's NHL bound. Can't say enough good things about Franky, a veteran, horseman, sports encyclopedia and all around big spirit.β

βGreat selection and an insanely knowledgable staff. No one made me feel weird as a new permit holder who knows nothing. I've been to other shops and my questions seemed to annoy the staff. Tactical Police Gear never seemed annoyed and seemed to relish feeding me information.Also...they have a gun store cat! No seriously. He comes out and greets everyone. Bonus!β

βI have had several outstanding experiences here. The staff members are always friendly and helpful, on the phone and in the store. One helped advise me on how to look up gear on the website to confirm it was available for resupply in the store before coming in, and another took the time to check some shoes I was picking up to make sure they were the right size in the box. They have quality products and I am impressed by the staffβs attitude. Great job, guys, customer for life.β
βI am so pleased with the service at this location. I accidentally ordered a pair to be picked up at the store when I meant to have them shipped. I'm a new mom and organizing life is so difficult so I was annoyed I made that error. On the way to the store my son fell asleep in the car, I called the store and the store associate was willing to bring the shoes to the car for me so I wouldn't have to wake my son. I feel like service like this no longer exists and I am so happy this associate was so willing to help me out. Thank you, Danielle!β

βI want to give a big Thank You to Jack for going above and beyond to help my daughter and me today while we were shoe shopping. Even as the store got busy, Jack stayed attentive and didnβt forget about us. We found a shoe we liked, but it wasnβt on display. Jack took the time to walk around the store twice to look for it, and when it couldnβt be found, he helped us place an online order instead. βLove the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.β

βOriginally born in CT, my father bought me an outfielder's glove from Katz when I was 13 years old. Years of AAU baseball, American legion, Babe Ruth, High School ball, College Intramural's and now Men's softball. The glove still feels, looks and performs brand new as a 34 year old washed up ball player. Glove stands the test of time and an absolute work of craftsmanship!β
βGreat fitting experience for a pair of joggers. My sales associate was first rate. My only issue was that, though they do complimentary tailoring, they won't ship to your home. I'm 25 miles away and have to go back to the store for pickup.β

βMy son has been swinging Beaver Bat since he was 8 years old. Now 13 and would not swing anything else. We got a custom blue and red with engraving, the quality very good, and the price is awesome for a wood bat. All the bad reviews are people that know nothing about baseball and how wood bats work. THEY ARE WOOD they will break eventually. However with good care they will last for years. On top of that there customer service is good not sure what people want, use there # and email on the website and they will answer. Until you swing one you will never know what your missing.β
βWe absolutely love this place. We got two pies of kids cleats for 39.99. It was Buy One get One free!The apparel selection is huge! The clothes are probably the best deals at the Warehouse. They often have 70% off deals.HOWEVER, this warehouse doesnβt typically carry sports equipment like soccer balls or shin guards.I highly recommend this place!Follow-me for more reviews!β

I had asked about the sale and person who I think was a manager, explained everything to me and it seemed appealing so I started shopping.
