“I had to go to the new M\u0026T main branch, downtown Bpt after receiving poor service from calling the general customer service line. The agent over the phone seemed to be knowledgeable about the options available to me for my situation and she made me believe that a new card was on it's way to me. Lo and behold, I never received it. In addition, I later found out that there was no record of any new cards for me for this year even though there should have been 2. I got called up to Liljana's window, immediately when I got in line and she took care of everything, and unlike when I waited over a week previously, she got my card delivered to me in one day! She also let me customize the card and she provided kind customer service as she has done in the past. A huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.”

“Lorenny Guzman and Lilliam Charles are the best. We came from MA to this branch with little hope to withdraw our fund from a closing account( otw need to wait for 60 days for a mailed check). They literally are our life savers! They helped make a very difficult situation bright. Especially Lorenny, she helped us try to make the citi phone call for about 1 hour, and finally after waiting in the phone line for about 40 mins, she got connected with the fraud department. “The Trumbull Webster branch on Daniels Farm Road is exceptional. I’ve worked with Michelle and Fred since 2019. Not only are they always available and quick to resolve issues, but they've gone out of their way for me. Everyone there is professional, friendly, easy to work with…and they answer the phone! Even though Webster Bank is a large bank, the Trumbull branch has a reassuring, friendly, small hometown feel to it - nothing bureaucratic about. The location is easy to access with plenty of parking. I highly recommend.”
