“We had an appointment scheduled at a separate post office for passports, but were turned away and referred to the Southport location. The other office said that the Southport location took walk-ins. When we arrived at the Southport post office, we were informed that they took walk-ins only in the afternoon (and it was still morning), but Lynn took pity on us and took us in anyway. She expertly and efficiently handled our passport applications (2 adults and 2 kids) without batting and eye. Thank you, Lynn!! You’re a life saver!!”

“I can’t recommend this post office enough. Suzannie, the postmaster general, is such a gift. She’s incredibly on top of things and truly looks out for her customers. I had to ship out over 100 mailers in one day, and she helped me get the lowest price possible (on top of her abundant patience)! Amazing sense of humor and readily gives great advice and information. Thank you!!!”

“Mary is simply the best. I really feel obligated to leave her a good review as I had recently a very bad experience at another USPS branch and it made me realize how wonderful Mary is. She goes above and beyond to satisfy everyone's needs and she manages to be lovely at the same time. Best USPS brach in the US, but only because of Mary!!!”

“This is the best post office in the WORLD! Service is fast and efficient, and Carmen is almost always in a good mood. :)This branch never let me down. Go here and AVOID the main post office in town at all costs. Closed between 1 and 2”

“I never worry about my packages that start off at the Weston post office. I mail hundreds of packages a year and if there are any issues (incredibly rare), Mike is the man and always helpful about troubleshooting. Great people at this location.”

“Customer service people at the window are friendly & knowledgeable. They helped with my package to Brazil & Costa Rica 5 stars people. I going to tell my family & friends that Fairfield post office is better the Bridgeport office.”

“I've been always having a good experience here. Very professional and polite staff. Somehow Jason is the only one helping me all the time, from getting stamps to having pictures taken for my kid's passport. (He is either working too much or i just have been lucky :). )”

“This is NOT a regular post office location. This location only offers customer service and package pick up. Thats it! Visit the SoNo location for regular services.”

“Since I moved recently, I have to come pick up my packages that can't fit in my mailbox here. So far it's not been unpleasant. A little slow at times, but I guess that is every post office (i'm a daughter of a postal worker so don't @ me). The staff seems decent and helpful for the most part. When I go up, i usually just have to give them my ID and address and get my stuff really quick. There's plenty of street parking (meter), and they have handicap entrance (a lift on side of building) and parking. There's two entrances with steps on either end of building. They have post office boxes, you can buy shipping supplies as well. I normally go in the mid-afternoon, trying to not get the lunch crowd. I've not been longer than 15mins - and that was only once when there was only one person at the window.”

“Slow, but what post office is fast? Ha! I've been here and experienced poor customer service (during height of pandemic) and also decent service. Could just be a reflection of the amount of customers. Not sure, but I've always gotten done what ever I went there for. There's signs, materials to purchase, self service opportunities, po boxes, etc. Large parking lot in shopping center with other sites. Easy in and out busy Boston Ave.”

“Called about a mis-addressed package...spoke to someone who figured out what happened and got it redelivered rather than returned. I didn't think you could speak to a real person at the post office anymore; much less get any kind of action...I'm really pleased. Try that with UPS or FedEx! As always, Farfield rocks!!!”

“I'm very surprised at some of these comments. Usps is being accused of stealing a package because it wasn't received. That's something I'm sure the postmaster can help you with, but please don't accuse them of stealing when your making it up or guessing why you didn't get it. These ladies and gents are out there in 0 degrees weather and 100 degrees. They put up with a lot of flack from customers. I've had wonderful carriers from both Norwalk POs. I just moved and wanted to take my mailman with me. He saw I was trying to move a queen bed to the truck. He saw me struggling and came when he wasn't on the clock, to help me.”

“I had a really nice lady who served me today unlike last time with a different lady (02/23/2022) compared to (12/10/2021) and she was able to answer the one question I had, gave me many options and explained everything really well. This post office has its on and off days, but today was lovely”
