“I just want to thank the very nice girl in the office and copy department who was so helpful to my dad. Christina went above and beyond to walk him through what seemed to be a difficult process for him. He had tried to get some work done at the FedEx near by, and was quickly shut down and told to try the staples down the road. My dad felt stressed and a bit overwhelmed and luckily he met Christina who managed to solve the entire problem in under half an hour! Thank you Christina for being so kind and patient with my dad, and being able to remind us all great customer service still exists! 5 stars for staples at westport ave!!”

“Went to the Staples store to shop for new laptop. Have purchased one here previously & was happy with service from team. This new purchase was no exception & did not disappoint. I initially worked with John the Store Manager who helped me to determine the right replacement. After narrowing my options was still on the fence. In the interim based on my earlier laptop package the team ran checks to determine the performance level. Mellissa the Tech Manager kept me inform of the process & results. The final conclusion was for my needs time to upgrade. John & Melissa helped to ensure I was able to get the best pricing & Melissa walked me through the best addons for my needs. From there Ryan also in Tech worked on transferring data from old to new & making sure I had the right programs. I am so happy & grateful to the team of John, Melissa & Ryan for making this transition as painless as it could be.”

She was friendly and patient the entire time.I tried tipping her $20 and she refused due to company policy. I found that offensive. I wish she would’ve taken the tip for lunch. “Since I moved recently, I have to come pick up my packages that can't fit in my mailbox here. So far it's not been unpleasant. A little slow at times, but I guess that is every post office (i'm a daughter of a postal worker so don't @ me). The staff seems decent and helpful for the most part. When I go up, i usually just have to give them my ID and address and get my stuff really quick. There's plenty of street parking (meter), and they have handicap entrance (a lift on side of building) and parking. There's two entrances with steps on either end of building. They have post office boxes, you can buy shipping supplies as well. I normally go in the mid-afternoon, trying to not get the lunch crowd. I've not been longer than 15mins - and that was only once when there was only one person at the window.”

“We had an appointment scheduled at a separate post office for passports, but were turned away and referred to the Southport location. The other office said that the Southport location took walk-ins. When we arrived at the Southport post office, we were informed that they took walk-ins only in the afternoon (and it was still morning), but Lynn took pity on us and took us in anyway. She expertly and efficiently handled our passport applications (2 adults and 2 kids) without batting and eye. Thank you, Lynn!! You’re a life saver!!”
