“Support local! I will never buy an appliance elsewhere. Dave and his team went above and beyond to help me repair my washer machine when I was only days away from giving birth and stressed about not having a washer by the time baby came. I called desperate to just get something new off the floor and Dave helped me get the right part and the machine fixed straight away. He isn’t interested in just selling you appliances- he cares about your family and circumstances and what’s right for you. His team is also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough.”
“I've been shopping at this Home Depot since they've originally opened. I've never had any problems with this store. The only issues that I've ever faced with customers who are very rude and inconsiderate to other shoppers and the staff. I love coming here over the Port Chester or the Norwalk stores because this one has more options available. Yes, the staff can be a little slow. However, they are always doing the best and are super friendly!!! Anytime I need help I can always find an available worker to help me out. I see that the other reviews on here criticize workers , however I don't believe that these are true and some of the "rude customers." Their garden section has amazing options, and they have everything from simple flowers two large landscaping items. This is a great place to find everything that you need .”
“This place is HUGE! They have everything you will possibly need for home improvement, gardening, etc. I also brought my dog here once when he was a puppy, and everyone treated him with respect. The staff are very helpful, and they offer lots of services, such as cutting wood to specific lengths. One complaint is that the check-out line can be confusing and the self checkout often doesn't work well.”
