I had very specific questions regarding a new AC unit and Lou was very thorough and clear about the pros and cons of different units. Only small thing is none is available at the moment (still a bit ahead of season, but tell Mother Nature that!) Highly recommend a visit if you are in the Westchester/Fairfield area and need a new appliance!”
