“First County Bank on West Main Street is my FAVORITE bank! I am always greeted warmly when I walk thru the door and the staff are always pleasant. Anna Marie Socci has been incredibly helpful to me. I had a problem with an unknown fee on one of my accounts and the dispute office and no one else in West Main could figure out what it was from. I was totally frustrated and about to close all my accounts when I finally got to Anna Marie and in 30 seconds she told me where it was coming from! Needless to say, I kept all my accounts and have even opened more after being able to work with Anna Marie! So grateful and happy customer!!”

The Branch Manager, Mirella, and Assistant Branch Manager, Connie, are really friendly and extremely helpful. As for the Teller Supervisor, Laura, she is also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The North Stamford Branch is one of the best branches I’ve gone to. I would highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs”
“Staff deserve 5 stars ⭐️, most of them I know for over 14 years. I drive from Port Chester, NY to this location just because of the staff but this location in particular needs more than one teller, there is always a line and people seem to be upset because the wait is too long. You have the best staff in the area, people do like coming here.Some people can’t use the ATM for all their banking needs.ATM can’t never replace a teller, please consider adding one more teller.Hope this review helps.”

“Back in 3 months ago, I received a $500 incentive to open a checking account. I filled in an application online without realizing that I mistakenly selected that I was employed by the Key Bank. (I'm not a Key Bank employer.) Anyway, the very next day, my account was locked. When I called the general Key Bank customer service line, the representative suggested me to apply for another checking account over the phone to resolve the issue. Well, it turned out by applying another account on the top of a locked account ... Both accounts were locked and flagged as fraud. Of course, my initial account deposits were placed on hold. Anyway, I went to the Summer street branch and the banker was very patient and helpful to help me resolving the issue by closing the account. Even tough, I'm still not a Key bank customer yet but this branch has good helpful bankers there.”

I'm just saying, these tellers have been there for most of that time and they KNOW what they are doing. “Because you have 2 things a zero fees and a excellent loan officer who is very professional .They are good but the Bank of America is the best Bank in America. I was working with home depot but are higher interest in the market plus 2.5% origination fee , and will be get the money in 8 days laborables .I was checking reviews and so far Bank of America is the best option because I believe they are brokers , also BoA have my mortgage for around 15 years no late payments and pretty decent score. I hope everything goes smoothly and excellent.Again Mason is a excellent loan officers that's the principal reason I stop looking for Camilo Lopez I'm not sure last name but awesome professional too , Patricia who work in the office is very friendly as the another people working there , so 5* for Bank of America high ridge road stamford ct .”
