The staff was very accommodating from start to finish. From picking me up from the airport, with a follow up to make sure I arrived home safely.

“As a student at UConn, it’s super nerve racking when something goes wrong with your vehicle so far from home and parents. I have taken my car into Tony’s for various issues multiple times over the past couple of years. The staff is extremely kind and considerate, and the prices are super fair! As a young girl who goes to school out of state, I am not used to dealing with automobile issues by myself. Not only did Dan and the other staff make it a point to make clear contact with my parents to help me, they also do an amazing job wicked efficiently. Overall, Tony’s is an extremely trustworthy shop and I couldn’t recommend it more !!”
“I do not think I can say nicer things about this business. Had a road emergency while traveling. After changing my spare I saw a billboard for this place and happen to drive by. I stopped in for a repair. They change my tire in less than 20 mins and was on my way. All the customers in the waiting room only had nothing but great things to say and how long they have been coming there. It is refreshing to know there are still good hard working businesses out there who give great service at a fair price. I high recommend them for any tie or car repair items you need. All the workers were great and friendly too.”

I needed a new power steering pump because my old pulley was defective. “It was an urgent request. I couldn’t find any shops nearly to fix my battery within the week. Morrison and Johnson allowed me to leave my car at their store and checked my car on day later. Problems were fixed in three days. The price is fair. I have begun doing my car maintenance there. Liked it!”

“Took my 2019 Ascent in as she was looking sad. So I dropped her off for a full bumper to bumper detail and when I came back she was almost as good as new. They missed a spot on the window frame that was surprising because its right in front of you when you get out and left streaks on the windshield. They even removed the carseat in my middle row and put it back for me. They got the big stain off the floor on the passenger side middle row floor. You can see in the video how nice it looks. They got all the gunk off my console. It looks like no one ever spilt everything in it. Other than those 2 tiny things she looks like when I picked her up at the dealership. The gentleman I spoke to was kind and helpful. He explained everything and what was included. For the price I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the amazing job they did. Will TOTALLY go back. They have seating and bar height tables for people who want to wait or they give you a time your vehicle will be done. Unlike the other place I spoke to, their pricing is upfront with a detailed list of what is included with a caveat that some larger vehicles, some trucks and SUVs, many have an added fee but it is disclosed upfront. My SUV isn't tiny but it is included in the no additional fee category. My only complaint is that the handicap parking is in front and the transaction window is near the back of the building.”
