“Robert turned my whole experience with U-Haul around. From experiencing a major system outage the previous day and having to wait an hour and a half before I could receive my truck, to then having my storage and truck return booked at separate locations, I was just about to pull all my hair out when the storage unit I reserved was given away. However, Robert was patient, understanding and somehow was able to find another available 10x10 unit, as well as, allowed me to return my truck at the same location, and throw in a free lock. U-Haul almost lost me, but thanks to Robert, my situation made a 360. Thanks Bobby! You’re truly the best :)”

“It’s a very old family owned farm from colonial times.that’s is the only dairy farm where one can have Raw Milk. It’s self serving farm where you deposit the money in a box and take the milk from the fridge. Price is reasonable, $10 per gallon.
You can bring your children to watch cows in the barn or grazing in the fields.”

“This location has nothing but great people working there. I’ve rented multiple times from them and no matter who you end up being helped by you get nothing but courtesy and friendliness. After almost 20 years in the auto business they treat customers as if they are selling them a car rather then renting them a U-Haul with no commission and no real incentive to be as good as they are and that’s how I feel it’s always genuine too.Thank you guys. You have been great to us and we appreciate everything.”

“I see the mixed reviews, but I've used this company twice now and no issues either time. Yesterday we rented a 22 foot UHAUL for 8 hours, drove 80 miles, got the insurance and the total cost was $150 + the gas I put into it. Compared to some other quotes, not bad at all. Not the greatest, most-excited customer service in the store but that's fine by me - simple to reserve online and pickup/drop-off with the emailed e-receipt was fine. Would happily use them again.”
“Field View Farm is a dairy farm and farm machinery manufacturer that sells milk, ice cream, corn on the cob, eggs, and farm machinery. The business has been operational since 1639, making it one of the oldest companies in the United States. I have always passed this farm for many years and I decided to buy some corn for Labor Day. The farm is great for families with small children since you can watch the farm animals. The staff we're really pleasant and the grounds are beautiful.”

“This company seems to really be going down hill...but Laura Paige, the office manager at this location turned my nightmare into a good impression. I initially had made a reservation 2 months in advance to her picked up in Bridgeport. On the morning of my res. I showed up and they said "we don't have your truck". Long story short....I had made new arrangements to pick up the following morning and was dreading the results. Laura was beyond friendly, restored my confidence and even made sure I received the better truck in the lot. She is a sweetheart and I highly recommend making the trek to Milford even if seemingly inconvenient.”
