“Visai does amazing work. I was looking to have my truck re-tinted and he went out of his way to accommodate me. He hand cut all the film (no plotter) for my crew cab F-150. No plotter means the film goes all the way to the edge of the glass, without the typical 1/8" gap at the top of the glass that's visible with the window rolled down. The dip in the front windows makes it interesting, but the rear door glass is where the real pain is. A good portion of the glass is hidden far deeper inside the gasket than usual that only becomes exposed once the window is rolled down. This makes cutting by hand not only very difficult to do, but also time consuming. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to him, he does amazing work and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy.”

“A few years ago, I purchased an SUV with a side mirror that was wobbling and not properly positioned. While driving in West Springfield, I chanced upon Arnold’s Auto Body and decided to ask for an appointment. To my surprise, the owner who was at the front desk offered to check it out immediately. “I thought the body work and paint job was very good that Olenders did on my car but I was disappointed that after they had my car for a month the remote car starter and third brake light didn't work. They didn't want to bother fixing them and I was left to do it on my own. This really annoyed me since everything was working on the vehicle before Olenders worked on it.It must be nice to not be held accountable.”

“To me, the BEST. We live nearby in Longmeadow and have had a Minivan, Altima and two Mercedes repaired at Felix's with varying degrees of damage. Bill is a superior mechanic. They are organized, timely, super fastidious and very skilled. Paint work is excellent. Most importantly, this shop is fair with pricing and honest as the day is long. Some of these we paid out of pocket and they knew how to keep the costs down. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, great detail shop.”
“My son planned a day to Six Flags. Once parked, his passenger window wouldn't go up. The staff at Ace Auto drive him back to the park, and picked him up at the end of the day. They could have charged him for a part he ended up not needing, but instead was able to clean and fix the part. They went above and beyond! Honest, professional, and knowledgeable.
