“When I first purchased my vehicle from Mike and Tony’s, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Unfortunately, a few challenges have come up since then.
Within six months, the car has experienced two breakdowns and is now in need of a new engine. It’s been at the service center for over a month, and I’ve been in contact with Sims (the service manager) and Tony as they continue to review the situation.
While it’s been a frustrating experience being without my vehicle, I’m hopeful that the dealership will stand behind their customer service values and help find a fair resolution.”

Got everything fixed up, good communication, and I picked my car up after work. They even filled the air in my tires (not part of the original issue). “I recently bought a bike and had a few things that needed to be done. I reached out to them and they took the bike in that day. They were very professional and friendly the entire staff. They performed all the work I had ask for and also Checked over everything else. The bill was very reasonable for the work performed and recommendations i was given. “The owner went above and beyond to help me out after my car got a flat and I was hours from home. He could have just left my car at the AAA garage, who didn’t have the tires I needed and could not help until days later, but instead he helped me out and drove me to a garage that could put new tires on same day. Beyond grateful I’m not stuck crying in a parking lot ??”

“Best local shop I have been to in a long time. They are kind, honest and friendly. I live down the road from the shop and the owner has offered to bring me home when they work on my car. I was quoted twice the amount for a battery at the dealership than what they quoted . I hadn’t been in the shop for a couple years but when I gave them my name and phone number they remembered my previous car they had worked on. If you need work done on your vehicle don’t hesitate, stop at Guy’s in West Suffield.”
“We live in Upstate New York and was driving to visit family. Unfortunately she was in a car accident. When we went to get her belongings out of the car Larry was so helpful. He made sure she made all the phone calls that needed to be made and made sure she was able to get all of her personal belongings. He showed so much concern for her well being above everything else. It is refreshing to see someone who isn't just worried about how the services will be paid for. If we were local we would definitely be returning customers.”

“The speed and efficiency of the team there was fabulous. The Truck i rented was a bit older but, worked perfectly for the belongings we needed to move.
The window glass could use a cleaning.
The process of the pre-check in could have been explained in the reservation process a bit better to help save time during the pick up. Perhaps I missed the information in my haste.
Everything else was great and always is.
Olivia handled everything like a pro and was a fraction of a second ahead of me during check in, to help keep things moving along well for me, for her and the team, and the customers on line behind me.
