“As a truck driver delivering it's a fair place.
I got here at midnight for a 7 am. Appointment, security guard very nicely checked me in and allowed me to stay in the yard and by 6 am. Got a phone call to assign me a door and now 10 am. And I'm leaving the place.”

“Chuck was awesome when I had a problem with my rental from Budget. He was supposed to help me with a tow and instead got the folks at Budget to bring me a new vehicle!! He went the extra mile for me even though he lost some business in the process. He saved me hours of time and effort. Thank you Chuck!”

“Kevin was incredibly helpful! He triple-checked our order to make sure we were picking up the right items. He took his time and carefully tied our mattress and box spring to the top of our car, and he even insisted on a courtesy call to make sure we made it to our destination safely. Thanks for your wonderful service!”

“The best benefits and time off options I've had outside of gov jobs, but better pay than most entry level gov jobs. However, I don't recommend staying there as a middle manager. Either stay sane as a tier 1 and reap the benefits, or decide to move up at least to ops, because low level manager pay gets outpaced by upper tier hourly associates that do OT... although I heard they scaled it up after I left, and graduate applicants always got a better pay package anyway.Easy to move up if you're looking to get to management level without a degree. It may take some time since they love graduates with zero experience more, but it's 100% possible to make it if you work hard and follow directions. Be aware of high school cliques, gossip, and essentially a building full of adult children who are mostly the managers. Site is now BDL2 and has taken a steady nosedive since the restructure. #RIPBDL1”

“Overnight parking for OTR drivers and it's quiet! Plenty of restaurants in the area but you must disconnect trailer and bobtail. The docks are actually garage doors and you back into a very W I D E garage door. Very easy to get into even with other trucks in the way. This is one of the few places in New England's that I've been to that mainly services box trucks but has more than enough room for OTR drivers to maneuver and back into a space”
