“I had just gone to my doctor's for a physical yesterday and she wanted me to do blood work. I am off today, a Tuesday, so thought it would be a perfect time to do a fasting blood draw. I looked at the appointment calendar online, the morning was full. So I decided to try as a walk-in. I went right at opening and scanned my cards. It said that the next appointment was 2:30pm and did I want that? I went to other options and next thing I know it was starting over. I thought something was wrong and I started the process again. Just as I and a lady next to me also did, a staff member came out and called us by name. I was out13 minutes later. The young man who took my blood was very professional and fast! Great team work!”

“We were recently scheduled for lab work here, our first visit to the lab at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. And most importantly, the drawing of blood went very well thanks to the good work of Kim. This is never a fun thing for us, but it was done knowledgeably and professionally, and we're grateful. Thank you. The check in process with a new electronic kiosk is a bit slow and cumbersome. It really takes up more time than meeting with a real human. We suppose it may be saving somebody some money, but it's not friendly; we miss talking to a smiling receptionist when we go into a medical office.”

“State of the art remodel to a location that was more visible but now is tucked away next to Big Lots so they barely moved. You have to look close to see they are still there. Be sure to make an online appointment so you don't have to wait.”
