“Coventry Auto Sales is who I'm talking about when I say "my mechanic". Oh you have a problem? You should go see my mechanic.On multiple occasions they helped me out and have been nothing but upfront, honest, and professional. I've had to bring my truck to them a couple of times and both of those times they let me know it was just a little thing that needed to be fixed. They charged me for the part and the cost of the work where they could have charged me more.They also worked on my dearly departed mini van. Sad but true, they let me know it would have been more to fix it than the vehicle was worth. No hard sell just options and honesty that let me decide what to do in a difficult moment. It's nice to know you can trust your neighborhood guy.”

“Bought a used 2005 Hyundai Sonata on 12/9. Everything was running smoothly, but I figured I would take it in to my local mechanic for a general maintenance inspection. The mechanic was absolutely blown away by how well this car has been maintained, he was literally gushing about it over the phone. “Yesterday we needed a tow due to an alignment issue with my truck.The young man who came to tow my truck was very kind and informative. Definitely did a great job of easing my mind on the process. He brought my truck and I to the shop of my choice, and offered to stay until my ride home arrived (for safety). I declined, but appreciated. All in all it was a great experience, considering the circumstances. He did a great job diagnosing the problem on the fly. “Cannot be happier with your service manager Mike Scott who goes out of his way to give us the best service every time we come in. When it was time to get new tires on our vehicle Mike went out of his way to tell us the different types of tires and the ratings on them. We went with the ones Mike suggested and couldn't be happier with the outcome of the way our vehicle rides now. No more noise and rides so smooth!!Mike always make sure we understand the service that has been done to our vehicle and why it needed to be done. “I Purchased a 2006 Volvo S 40 from four town Auto sales and had excellent luck from the day I picked it up. Dave, the owner, was very helpful and easy to work with while making decisions and testing out multiple vehicles. I called after the sale and after the warranty had expired and still got great service from the dealership and grated vice on small matters that I found with the car. The car is currently still on the road and has no mechanical issues. It is a reliable vehicle it was clean when I purchased it and is still clean today. I would definitely buy another car from Fortunato sales and down.”

The only downfall is setting the appointment with service which still isn't too bad it's not just that day sometimes”
“I wrote a previous review and as i scrolled down the list of reviews i was shocked to see how many negative reviews there were. So i thought id write another review going into detail as to why I truly believe Mill Street Auto deserves all 5 stars. (truthfully id give them more if i could.) So from the very first phone call I could tell Scott was going to get my business, simply because he has a great personality, and is a car salesman at heart. I work at Cornerstone the homeless shelter in Vernon and Mill st is right down the road from my work. Scott drove the car I contacted him about to my work since I couldn't leave to come see it myself. He has gone above and beyond from the jump. Moving through the sale we had a few road bumps, which Scott patiently helped me work through, the DMV had put my birthdate as my death date making it impossible to register the car in my name, and Scott made it seem so effortless getting over these hurtles. After buying my vehicle, which i must admit Im smitten over, I noticed a few days of owning the car that its shifting very strange. I called Scott, and once again i was at work, he drove down to me in another vehicle, put a dealer plate on it, and drove my car back to the shop. When they discovered that my transmission line needed to be replaced he continued with lending me the loaner car and dealer plate. They fixed my car very promptly, I returned the loaner car in trade for my car and so far im more than happy. My ENTIRE experience was 5 star worthy, but id definitely say the respect you give goes a long way.”
