“Stopped here to re-fuel my work van this morning. Gasoline prices are fairly average. Getting in and out of this place was quick and easy. The receipt printed at the pump, which I expect, appreciate, and appreciate. The only downside with the whole visit is that All 4 hand sanitizers at the pumps are empty. There is a convenience store which could certainly come in handy. There’s a car wash, but it did not appear to be open.”

“The gas station is fine, just like any other gas station. But I actually go here because it has the old school, free, precise tire filling station. A hidden gem!”

“Friendliest station in Torrington, also one of the cleanest. The cashier was really awesome and helpful, I Believe his name was Ryan (really tall guy) He was very helpful. “Highly recommended to anyone looking for a hassle free fill up and a pleasant experience. I stopped by to fill up and the kids wanted to go to the restroom. I wasn’t sure if they could use the restroom because not all gas stations allow customers to use the bathroom. Cashier was super friendly and gave my kids permission to use the restroom. Store was clean with a good selection of snacks.”

“This Mobil is conveniently located just off of route 8 in Torrington, Connecticut. The gasoline prices are a little on the high side, but not entirely unreasonable. The area is a little busy, but seems safe. The receipt printed at the pump, which I appreciate. There is a small Patco convenience store with all the usual items you would expect to find. The milk is a little pricey here ($3.49 per gallon). They have diesel fuel here as well. If you need propane and/or kerosene, they have that covered here too. Overall, not a bad place...”

“One of the greatest cumbys I have ever been to. First time I ever went there I saw a guy od’d in the parking lot. Fire dept made pretty quick work of reviving him, so that’s a plus. I would imagine the staff( who is always absolutely awesome) is given narcan and taught how to use it for the fact that no matter what time of day or night you go there there is always at least 1 or 2 addicts asking for money in the parking lot. They will come right up and bang on your window quite aggressively at times ( hence why I gave 5 stars) never a dull moment over there. I made conversation with the guy digging thru the trash cans looking for returnables. He states that cumbys is the best in town for digging thru trash cans. Last but not least one of my fondest memories was last June, it was early in the morning I was headed in to grab my morning coffee, also in hopes they had some empanadas on the rack, when I turned the corner and out of nowhere there were like 6 youngsters, prolly between 18 and 25. 4 guys 2 girls and pit bull. These weren’t the regular homeless and addicted folks that are normally out there, don’t get me wrong, they were definitely homeless and addicted but I’m pretty sure they were train hoppers. The pitbull lunged at me my first instinct was to kick the dog, but since I love animals way more than people and could never hurt any animal especially a dog, I just relied on the dogs owner to maybe yank the leash back ( big mistake that was lol) So cutie pie doggo got me pretty good on the ankle. Could have been a lot worse. Dogs owner seemed annoyed that I walked down the sidewalk and didn’t do my part by exiting the sidewalk walking around a couple cars that way avoiding the group and the dog. I mean who am I to walk down a cumbys sidewalk. Other than that, make sure you wear shoes, the needles are few, but they are sharp. This has been my experience at south end Cumberland farms, I guess I could go to the one up east Main Street, But south end is always full of surprises”

“Friendly employees, pretty low prices and cheaper fuel, honestly while reading the other reviews, mistakes happen and I wasn’t even gonna mention it until i saw these negative nancies, i bought an item got to the car and realized it wasnt the theme/skin i picked out - the same employee friendly, respectfully and kindly traded it as it was the same exact product in price - ive worked in retail its hard work and honestly if you don’t say something the same moment it happens how can they make it right?”

“I love this place. The little grocery store inside has just about everything that you'll need, and even things that you wouldn't expect.
They have... lower than most Torrington stores prices on cigarettes ? bulk tobacco, tubes, and more.
It's so convenient for people going up and down Migeon Avenue.
