“I cannot say enough about the friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional help that I received yesterday from a gentleman whose name is Nelson. I called at 9 am to make an appointment (was not needed for this day, Nelson said just ask for him) and I arrived at ~10am. I identified myself and was immediately greeted by this young man.
I understood from the get-go that there's a $50 flat fee for technical help for non Verizon customers.
As I had just purchased a Samsung Galaxy 26+ phone, I needed to have the info and apps transferred from my old phone. I didn't want to drive to Chicopee, MA to get technical service from my own provider.
Nelson jumped right in and began to work. There was a lot to do as my old phone was 8 years old.
Long story short, Nelson worked on it for 2 hours, did the job, and guided me in choosing a couple of other accessories that I needed (and even gave me a break on one!!)
The boss, Jon, was also present and available if needed and kept us laughing.
The patience of these guys, along with the aforementioned qualities, was outstanding!
If I ever decided to change providers. I would absolutely choose these guys and this company in a heartbeat!!
Thank you again Nelson! You are a credit to Verizon and I hope they appreciate just how valuable an asset you are!

While the issue wasn't resolved, due to technical issues on Boost's end, the employee here was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.I recommended my mom go here when she was looking to purchase a new phone with a new plan, and while the price was higher than it would be on boost's website (which wasn't working), it was still reasonable. Unfortunately she decided to try her luck at the other boost store on North Elm where they charged her twice as much, three times if going by the online price, and requested her personal information and made her buy a different (older) phone. So if you're wondering which store to go to in town, I'd highly recommend this one over the other!”
