While the issue wasn't resolved, due to technical issues on Boost's end, the employee here was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.I recommended my mom go here when she was looking to purchase a new phone with a new plan, and while the price was higher than it would be on boost's website (which wasn't working), it was still reasonable. Unfortunately she decided to try her luck at the other boost store on North Elm where they charged her twice as much, three times if going by the online price, and requested her personal information and made her buy a different (older) phone. So if you're wondering which store to go to in town, I'd highly recommend this one over the other!”
