“My SIL and I first shopped here a few years ago, after driving around in search of some local shops. It has quickly become a place that I make it a point to go to every time I visit. The staff is attentive, answering any questions I have, while not being overbearing. I always find something to bring home for myself, along with gifts for Christmas, birthdays, or whatever. And aside from a unique, fun store, the owner/staff are incredibly community-oriented; running fun specials for back-to-school donations, and donating money from bottled water purchased to another local cause. Local doesn't end at home, and it certainly doesn't end after you step foot outside the Mellow Monkey.”

“I have used Fairfield glass for my kitchen cabinets, and now for a recent shower enclosure. The experience has been excellent. Designing the format and choosing the correct type of glass for my shower was a breeze with Kia. Thankfully she was able to use a CAD program to for the design that eliminated the need for metal frames on my glass that competitors proposed. Her prices were much better than others, especially for the premium glass.Alvaro and his installation team were prompt, professional, and meticulous, and took great care bringing in all the glass and cleaning up.Thanks for everything!”

“We just completed a flooring project in our new home and had a 5 star experience first time using Floor and Decor. The staff at F&D were very helpful: Amanda is a gem, Marshall walked us through what we needed with a great attitude and professionalism, (plus he was totally prepared for our appointment since we followed someone else's advice to make an appointment ahead of time which we too recommend), Cara and Justin were very patient with us(!), plus GianCarlo, (spelling?), a great guy who delivered all the supplies as promised. We used Installation Made Easy through F&D , we were referred to Goodhouse Flooring and they did an excellent job too in the time frame we wanted; it was all completed yesterday. My husband just called and said he returned the unopened boxes of flooring back to F&D and got a full refund for them, again, as promised. Woohoo!”

We furnished almost our entire apartment during one visit with Lynette Huinker. She was amazing - listened, offered advice, diligently provided alternatives to make sure we were happy with the order. And, in fact, we were - the dining table, the accent chairs, the media cabinet, the bed, the side tables and the dresser - they were all great. Delivered close to expected date, good condition.
Except...the custom sofa. What was supposed to be a 2 month delivery stretched into 3...then 4...enter Lynette and her boss, Sebastian Viggiani. They refused to accept our discontentment. They arranged a loaner sofa, and when the manufacturer made and shipped the wrong sofa, they took even greater pains to keep us onside and happily (if somewhat impatiently) waiting. The sofa finally arrived, and we are happy. It was worth even the extended wait.
Crate and Barrel has many interesting pieces. But in this case, it wasn't just the products that made our day - it was the people. Thank you, Lynette and Sebastian.”

I've been dealing with a platinum protection warranty exchange issue for NEARLY 2 MONTHS to this point NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS EXHAUSTING. I ma de countless calls to different departments and at one point someone even told me that I'm SOL There's nothing they can do for me WHICH WAS CRAZY. out of frustration I went to the warehouse to speak to someone and I got in contact with him he was a complete 180 from my initial experience extremely professional, attentive and followed up on every step throughout the process he completely met my expectations and went above and beyond five stars A+ whatever accolades can be given he got it”
