“This weekend I needed three buckets of 6inch spiral common spikes for a landscaping job at my house. Home Depot in Waterford showed 5.7 buckets, which makes no sense, in stock. When I went there to pick up my product, there was not one person at that location that could help me and every time I found a store employee, they would talk to me for a minute and walk away to help someone else. Waterford Home Depot is probably one of the most unprofessional hardware stores in our area. I then called Uncasville Home Depot and they told me they had 6 buckets in stock. When I got there, the assistant manager, Sydney, helped me locate the buckets and was one of the most professional Home Depot employees I have ever met. It would be my suggestion, if you ever need anything out of the ordinary at Home Depot, do not go to Waterford Home Depot, go to Uncasville because the employees there are trained well unlike at the Waterford location.”

Any company or corporation would be lucky to have someone like this. When I say she went over and above when no one else would that would be an understatement. She made our day she made our week. We still talk about her and the difference she made and wish more people could be like this remarkable employee. If you get to work with Morgan you won't shop anywhere else. We have continued to go to this Home Depot. We have recently been greeted by Ollie and Tredon. Both are kind patient and considerate. Tredon made sure every concern I had regarding a very large order was addressed and he too went above and beyond. Amber is still on the scene and is still an amazing asset.
