“Justin is the most proficient, efficient and capable T-Mobile employee I have encountered over the years as a T-Mobile customer. He helped navigate a SIM card issue that could not be resolved at other T-Mobile stores. On other occasions he also came through with exceptional service.

“I called to make a couple changes to our business account, and had the most pleasurable experience talking to Lucas. He was extremely helpful and thorough with changes we made to our account. He also took the initiative to thoroughly review our business account, and made sure that everything on the account is correct. There were a couple of things we had been paying for that we were unaware of when I initial set up the account. He was able to remove the items on the account that we discussed. Lucas noted that he back tracked to when we set up the account, and that we would receive a refund. Again, I would highly recommend getting AT&T business account, Lucas made it much easier to make changes rather than most providers.”

“Worked with John (goes by JJ, he says?) and he was great. Got me upgraded for only $2/month to an iPhone 14 from an 2020 SE. He also shared a heart-warming story about how he helped his mom out big time (but will keep details limited to protect his privacy). It showed he has a good heart and that's always helpful to know when dealing with sales people at any establishment. It made me trust him. Thanks JJ!”

It was there that I finally had the pleasure of speaking with Assistant Manager Maya Sears Powell, who patiently and professionally attended to my needs. “Saved my relationship with Big Red! Without going into too much of the backstory, my first ever trade-in for the brand new Samsung s23 promotion went sideways immediately. The website could not identify either phone during the trade-in process even though they had been verified before my purchase. Fortunately the manager and assistant manager were able to pull this dumpster fire together and I've been getting my bill credits successfully since March 2023.”
