“Stopped by after AAA recommended I get my replacement battery installed there. Had already stopped at 2 other places and was told it couldn’t be installed, but Dianne at O’Reilly was incredible! Not only did she assess my vehicle and agree to replace the battery, she also gifted hot wheels to my 2 boys who were with me so they could play during the install. Her friendliness and kindness was quite literally unmatched with the morning we had already had. I’m so thankful and will absolutely return with any auto needs in the future.”

“1. The Service Technician: Keith is the main reason for giving this experience a 10 and a 10 to recommending this dealer to colleagues, friends and family. This is the second time, we have been assisted by this service technician, Keith, and both times - he was clear; educated us on the issues detected and on the suggested solutions. He is very knowledgeable on the brand, the models, and on what might be some of the issues encountered.2. Subaru America & Suburban Subaru should promote this service tech to "Chief of Online Service Support" to Subaru owners that would like to connect via zoom/video call with a technician prior to bringing in the car for service. 3. We are a nationwide subaru family with family in texas and california who are both subaru owners, but some of their experience with local service has not been as exceptional as mine. Specifically, my younger brother in Southern California took his subaru into the Santa Monica Subaru Service Center for regular oil change and other mainteance before a long family trip. After picking up the car, and heading on Highway 10 towards Palm Springs - he started smelling smoke and hearing a sound - bottomline was that the service tech who changed the oil did not tighten the screws and he was now faced with an emergency and had to go to a dealer in route by Ontario Airport where he had to leave the car for several days. So we are cautious about our car service, and that is why when we find a dealer service facility and a service technician as knowledgeable and helpful as today's tech, Keith, is important that they are recognized so they can help in train others locally and hopefully nationwide.Just as an FYI - Unbias Review: We do not know, or have gotten paid in any way by anyone at this business. We did purchase our first subaru here, and have been servicing here since purchase several years ago.”

“I always have a great experience only thing I don't like at this AutoZone is that Dylan and Michael are not around much and it's harder to get stuff done because all the other guys don't know how to do commercial stuff so if they make both of those guys available for more hours it will be much appreciated”

“I was trying to order a battery online with a problem and the manager was extremely patient and answered my calls four different times to help me get it done. Also, Tom was very helpful as I was having problems with my install, and Tm went above and beyond the call of duty to help me.Tom is not just pushing part numbers around this man is extremely knowledgeable and I know this because I worked on cars and in auto parts for several years. If you’re having an issue, I’m certain that this guy can instruct you to get the job done.I ended up with a AAA car battery with a $20 AAA discount and I’m going to get a $30 rebate from Napa. This battery has a full warranty for three years with no battery adjustment charge. As I said, I worked in auto parts so I shopped around and the AAA battery was the only one I saw with a full three year replacement warranty.I will definitely go back to this NAPA store , and tell my friends, because the service is top notch. Also the Prices are very competitive.Cheers !”

“Really great service, adequate follow up from the staff. The standout for me was the impressive new vehicle stock. The 2023 Cadillac is one of the finest designed and engineered vehicles I have ever driven.”

“I usually park my car in the garage, so I don't often see the garage floor. The other day I parked in the driveway and ran in to retrieve something. In doing that, I noted that there was a patch of oil underneath where my car usually sits. Not wanting to cause any damage to the car and not being mechanical in any way, I simply drove to Scranton, without an appointment to have them look at it. (FTR, I did buy my car there and always have them service it.)They took me in right away, put it up on the lift, and serviced it. (Something about torque that meant nothing to me but apparently needed to be done to the oil filter.) I was there for maybe 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Oh, did I mention that in that 30 minutes they also washed and vacuumed my car? Yup, they did that too. Another "bonus?" They didn't charge me a cent. Sure, bringing a car to the dealer for service may cost more than a quick change oil shop, but they won't take care of you when you find yourself needing help.”
