“Absolutely great service from the guys at SAF-T. I have been looking for a reliable automotive repair shop in Wallingford since moving up here. I was previously told by the Honda dealership that I had cracked lower control arm bushings. I brought it to SAF-T, along with some other squealing noises that I have been hearing. They did an in-depth inspection and let me know that there was no issues with the bushings at all. The did however find a valve cover leak. Absolutely great communication and had my car turned around the same day. There is a reason why this place has almost 500 5 star reviews. I won’t take my cars anyplace else from now on. They have won me over with fair pricing, honesty, and communication.”

I traded in my BMW and picked up a 2019 Mazda CX-5 the same day. I called ahead to make sure the car was still available, showed up, and they walked me through everything clearly—no tricks, no gimmicks, just straightforward answers.
They answered every question I had and made the whole process feel seamless. The atmosphere was comfortable, they even offered refreshments, and I never felt pressured at any point.

“We were searching for a 2026 S3 which are currently few and far between. Our search took us to Audi of Wallingford, which is about 90 minutes from home. We met Henley in the sales department who was friendly and low pressure. Henley was easy to deal with in person and throughout the process via email and phone. Our later dealings with Kit in the finance office were equally stress free. These guys know their stuff which made the entire process simple. Even though we are 90 minutes away, we will be visiting this dealership for our future service needs. If the service department is as friendly and efficient as their sales team, I know we'll be happy customers for years to come!”

Dave did excellent job and he fixed everything I needed done and many extra's to make updates on my Diesel V8 Powerord pickup Truck. He's very fair Priced for both the Labor and the Parts as well. Plus Factory Brand New Parts. I'm having Dave do all my Diesel Truck Repair and service maintenance for all my needs!! He's the Best!!”

“Excellent Service!!! One of our fleet vehicles needed two new tires quickly. I needed this guy on a job as soon as possible. I called and spoke to John at Tri-State Tire, who told me to send him down right away. He installed two new tires, rotated the others and had my guy out within a half hour. Its so nice to experience Excellent Customer Service, for a change. I can't thank John and his team enough for the emergency service this morning. I highly recommend them!!! We will be back!!!

“I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.”
