“The Lab did an amazing job customizing my Audi R8. I spoke with John and Gio about the vision and I Gota say they excelled at what I had in my mind. It was wrapped a new color, wheels powder coated white, and a new exhaust set up to help me annoy the neighbors more! It’s the little details, they had the emblems finished to match the rest of the black trim, and while small my favorite touch was changing the color to the Audi sport badge to match the wrap color. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their car handled properly.”

“Mark is great, he’s a very nice guy, who knows what he’s talking about. He mounted and balanced my tires, and checked two rims for “trueness” to make sure they weren’t warped. He also did an alignment. Everything was done well. The only thing that I wasn’t thrilled about is that I was told it would be about $22 to mount and balance each tire, so I figured it would be $120 max to do the tires, but it was $140, and then I later added an alignment, which everywhere else ranges between $89-$120, however I was charged $385 without warning, because the “adjusters were seized”. There was also an additional $42 “job supplies” charge. I wish I was given the choice in regards to going with the alignment or not at that price, because I would have taken my truck to GMC had I known. Hindsight is always 20/20. To recap Lydell Motors will do a great job, you will be treated with respect and they know what they’re doing, but if I go back in the future, I will ask for a contracted work order to be sure that the pricing doesn’t become a runaway train. I didn’t enjoy thinking I was going to pay no more than $250 and getting charged $603.01.”

“In the past 48 hours I went through hell and back ever since two days ago (March 15, 2024) my car broke down and I needed a tow to get myself from Ct to where I live in the Bronx. I drive a 1980 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme and it broke down on me on the side of the road nearby exit 9 on I-91. On that night I pulled off to the side and I had to let my car cool off since it was smoking due to the oil in the car leaking. Eventually I made it back to my girlfriend's house since that was my destination I took my time to get there because of the state of the vehicle. I decided the next day in the morning, (March 16, 2024), I will wake up early and call Triple A to get my car towed from my girlfriends house to my House located in the Bronx. Around 9:20 in the morning, I made the call to AAA and told them what had happened and explained to them coherently that I needed a flatbed and it was me and my brother that needed to ride with the driver to get back home. I spoke to a Lady named Sam and she said she notated all the details that I told her. She said in about an hour that I will receive a call and text message. In about 15-20 minutes I got a call from LOMBARD MOTORS saying that they'll be there to pick the car up. When the time came and the man was outside, I went out to greet him and already, the man had an attitude as I went to greet and shake his hand, he refused me. I knew off the bat I was going to get a terrible experience. He told me my brother could not come with me even tho I told the triple A lady it was me and someone else, but he refused to let my brother get on. I said okay fine let me just ride with this dude and get back home and I'll pay for a train ticket for my brother to come back. He hooked up my vehicle with a disgust face like he was mad at the world. I sat in the passenger seat with him and thought I was going to go back home. Boy oh boy I was wrong. The man stops at NELCON SERVICE CENTER and as I asked him why are you stopping here I need to go back to the Bronx. He disregarded me and with attitude told me he wasn't going to do it. Mind you I specifically notated to Triple A I need to go back to the Bronx as I AM A PREMIER MEMBER AND THE TRIP MET THE REQUIREMENTS as it was 70 MILES out of the 100 limit. With distain, The man refused to answer me and told me that his boss wanted him to drop my car off there which I found out was total Bullshit. It was because the man did not want to take that trip and gave the situation to NELCON. Now I'm 18 and this was my first experience dealing with Triple A and my car broke down and now Im being denied my services to be taken back home. I was confused and felt like as it rains it just pours, things kept getting worse and worse. Now as I found out, this asshole dropped my car off at NELCON which is ILLEGAL TO DO SO since he went on there private property and wasted one out of the four trips that I have with Triple A. (Now I have to call corporate tmmr to make sure they were not paid for that one trip and that one trip this asshole took with my car only for like 5 miles doesn't count on my record). Thankfully with the help of the lady (I forgot her name) and a gentleman that was there, they were just as confused and I was as to why my car was being dropped at the service center instead of it going back to my house. I explained to them what had happened and they told me normally they didn't do this but due to my situation they were going to help me out. It was like a breath of fresh air dealing with the NELCON staff it showed that they actually cared and wanted to help out. They went to call AAA on there end to let them get the job now to take me back and I didn't know this but the towing Industry is worse then high school with the drama when it comes to situations like this, since NELCON told me this wasn't the first time LOMBARD did this to them. AAA said that SAM the lady I was talking to put in the record to drop the vehicle off at NELCON which was complete utter bullshit since I don't even know where NELCON was. Al”

“Always top notch service but..... I have a hard time justifying the total labor cost on many of the simple maintenance services. For example 2k in labor only, to change pads and rotors seems excessive. It's an hour at most per side. So that's 500 bucks an hour in labor?That being said...I understand its a Mercedes dealership. They are very clean and thorough with their work and efficiency. It's why I keep going back despite the unjustifiable premiums. Consider it constructive criticism. Lol.If you are willing to pay the high premium.....they will deliver.”

Try tell me my tire couldn't be plung due to were the nail was at. That's B.s. why would I buy new tire when my tire is already new. “My 2022 auto was only 3 weeks old when someone hit the car while I was parked. Superior was on the insurance company's list of participating auto body shops and I agreed to have the car brought there. What a GREAT decision! Anthony explained that parts to repair my car were difficult to find and that it might take a while to complete the job. He stayed in contact with me to advise me of the status of the job to put me at ease and I really do appreciate that. It took 1 day short of 3 months for Superior Auto Body to complete the work and they did an excellent job! My car handles like I just drove it off of the assembly line. The workmanship is excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend Superior because they did excellent work on my car and they just seem to really love working on cars.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We were broken down on the side of I95 and Untouchable Towing came and evaluated towing our 43' Class A MotorCoach. The team was efficient, professional, and even though it was very late into the night, they carried on like this was not a problem. We were towed to Nelson Service Center (did I mention the owner was also right there with us?!). We arrived after 1am. They were under our coach evaluating our breakdown firs thing in the morning-and the part was ordered by 7am!! It is now noon, and we are safely on our way. UNBELIEVABLE and EXCEEDED our expectations. Fair pricing, immaculate workshop, and all around GREAT experience, and the best outcome we could have imagined.”

“I first tried to go to JAGUAR in Hartford and they were no help. They said we don’t have key, I said, OK I understand. Then asked them when they would have the key in and they so we don’t know. I asked them if I should call back next week and they were like I don’t care. You can call whenever you want. We don’t have it.. North Haven JAGUAR was extremely helpful polite. I plan to bring my car there in the future if I have any issues.”

“Bought a VW Atlas from Dave. He was super friendly, easy to deal with and knowledgeable on anything we asked. We ended up drive across state to come here rather than deal locally. Everyone we dealt with was great. Only minor complaint was the vehicle detailing wasn't to my liking. I know most places are short staffed and over-worked- so it wasn't a big deal, but definitely could have used more time on cleaning before delivery. Highly suggest this dealership to all. One of my best experiences buying a car for sure. Dave is awesome. I'm sure we will be back again to Executive for our next vehicle.”

“Lawn mower wouldn't start and the snow thrower needed a tuneup. Found Lendroth mobile repair online. Kevin came and picked up the mower and thrower. He completed the job and returned to me in 2 days. The thrower started right up. Had a small issue with the mower which Kevin took care of. The price for services charged is competitive and pick up and return fee was reasonable. I would recommend Lendroth mobile repair.”
