“I brought my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in to have the A/C checked as it was blowing warm air. I was amazed at the detail Eric took to diagnose the issue. He Started with testing the dash switch, relays, wiring harness all the way to the compressor to verify they were all good before ordering a compressor. Part was ordered and installed the next day. The air coming out of the vents now is in the 36 degree range. My wife drives the car and tells me how quickly the car gets to the desired temperature. I also asked Eric to check on a few items while the car was in. It did need rear brakes but a few of the items I asked him to look at he inspected and said they were fine and no reason to change them out. I love that honesty. He fights for the customer to make sure the safety and integrity of all repairs are as good as factory. He will not bend to the insurance companies' policy to reduce the cost of repairs. He will be the only body shop I deal with in the area. A little tricky to find the location, but worth it!”

“It’s always great when you can find a capable mechanic that you can completely trust. While my recent repair bill wasn’t small, I was glad to know the car had been looked over, top to bottom, end to end, and I was kept informed along the way so there was no ‘sticker shock.’ I’ve brought my 2013 VW SportWagen to Pete Downs for a few years now. His location in rural Warren makes scheduling service a bit tricky, but it’s worth any logistical shuffle you may have to do. In fact, for my most recent service, I dropped my car off at 7am and cycled 28 miles home. The following day, I did the ride in reverse to pick up my car.”

“My f550 broke down in harwinton. Was working on it in a parking lot at around 6:30 pm. Some guy pulled in and asked if we were good and needed help. I said I’ll take some help. Turns out to be the owner of cam automotive. He stayed there till around 9:30 to help us get the truck running. Super nice and knowledgeble. Would definitely reccomend going to his shop”

“Angel is a professional with great skills who takes pride in his work which keeps me coming back to his shop. His window tinting is second to NONE! I was skeptical of the ceramic coating ay first but I've had it on my Audi for a year now and I love it. When it rains the dirt magically slides right off, and the car looks showroom perfect. I also worked with Angel to install accessories and he is really good at it. I recommend EAS COAST AUTO DETAILING because Angel is good, honest and fast.
