“Pretty cool place to shop at. You’re welcomed when you come in the door by staff. They sell everything from seasonal items to lipstick. T shirts arts and crafts toys. Candles. Nail kits. Hair accessories. Sports equipment. Electronics like phone covers and wires to speakers. And some pet supplies and candy ( what used to be penny candy is now a bit more )

“Good selection of curtains and rugs. Plenty of other home decor items along with a few other finds. Fairly priced inventory with some items found to be aggressively discounted priced from time to time. You can find some nice clothes sometimes too and spend much less. Great place to browse and I usually end up picking up something without breaking the bank”
“For as rundown, as the mall is, this store is still somehow hanging on! The staff do an excellent job at keeping the place clean, keeping the riffraff out, keeping up with their sales and overall just being kind and polite to the customers.
I frequently walk through here to get to the massage place that’s located within the mall. And I cannot help but stop and look through the clearance section, and usually buy something! ? I’m not really wanting to shop full price items, I tend to wait for things to go on sale or clearance and their clearance section is wonderful!
If you need school clothes, they tend to have a wide variety, including uniforms that are appropriate for the Waterbury school system!
My husband also purchased my wedding ring set from JCPenney, thankfully, we opted for the lifetime warranty. As we have had an ongoing situation with one of the diamonds repeatedly falling out, thankfully, JCPenney honors their warranty, fixes it and send it back in a timely manner! I really enjoy shopping at the store!”

“Lots of good deals and little house hold stuff you might need. My wife and I like this place. Some stuff is nicely priced other stuff is over priced. I wouldn't buy any champion gear there it just looks like they sow their own champion tag in place of a cheaper brands tag lol. But that's just me.”

“Received a haircut and blowout with the new salon manager Javiera and left with my hair looking better than ever. Won’t let anyone else but her cut my hair! Definitely 10/10 recommend! Side note: the salon was also very clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service: Hairstyling”
“Five Below in the Target shopping plaza was a pleasure to walk in and walk around. It is clean and brightly lit. I found many items to buy. The chain has increased its prices, understandably, but the items are still a bargain.”

“Burlington you will find a lot of things you really want, they have some of the best hand bags. Not a bad store to shop. A little cheaper a little expensive like anywhere else. They have a large variety of products. I know two of their stores, shopping at Burlington is not a bad thing to do.”

“Kohls in Waterbury has excellent customer service. Their associate are friendly & knowledgeable. I wish people would learn from the associate named Marie. She's a sweetheart ? she's kind & takes the time to listen to the customer. She's a reflection of impeccable customer service!!! She also goes out her way to greet customers even when she's busy checking out the people in front of her. Oh, I can't forget the associate at the Sephora station. I don't know her name, but I tell you...she was friendly & a great SALES PERSON!!!”
