“Earlier tonight, we visited this Metro PCS location. We were waited on by the delightful Julie. What a terrific employee!!! She engaged my very shy son so sweetly and she helped us with EVERYTHING. After having first visited the location at the mall where they told us the charge to update our existing lines to new phones was over $100 per line, Julie explained that this location charges $30 per line. And she helped us pick out the perfect phone for each of us. I've been a Metro PCS customer for around 8 years now and I love the service and the price. I will always go back to Julie for anything else we need. Thank you, Julie!!!”

“I went to the Brass Mill mall location for help getting my sons phone reset because of problems with the screen. I had been to 2 other locations for help and was pretty much blown off. I was lucky enough to get Emily who took her time, figured out a strategy and completed the reset for me. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Emily is the best! Don't lose her!”

“People like to hang out here! Depending on the time that's the kinda crowd you will find! No seats & tables but they will stand at the register talking & talking! Sometimes just buying ticket after ticket ! Scratching in search of those millions! You can always come in and grab hot food and coffee or on a hot day some chips and a slurpee !! They now have an iPad "BELLY" at the counter for you to check-in and accumulate points towards free coffee food snacks, and slurpee for a year ! I something like that you need 5,000 points! At 5 points a visit it doesn't seem that hard. All it takes is your email address and a belly card! Easy enough!! They also have gift cards and charcoal for that BBQ on the whim !!”

“I went into the Verizon on Wolcott St to get my phone upgraded. I was greeted by Kathy, the owner, she was very busy but made sure to greet and give attention to all the customers waiting. She went from person to person and tried to help everyone while customer's phones were updating or being transferred. She was so friendly and personable and I enjoyed chatting with her. There were two other employees working with other customers as well. From my observation, they were knowledgeable, patient, & friendly. Etan helped me and he made the transfer of my II Pro Max to 17 Pro Max so easy. He was friendly and made general conversation along with Kathy, that it made it feel more like a visit than a business transaction.
This is the kind of customer service that seems to be fleeting these days, but thankfully, it still exists at this Verizon store.
If you are in need of an upgrade or just want get started, go see Kathy and her staff. They are so knowledgeable of the product they are selling and they seem to genuinely care about the time that they spend with you. As busy as they were at no time did I feel rushed or dismissed.
