“While I’ve only been a customer for under 24 hours, I can say my intro to Paraco was warm and welcoming. Debbie, the lovely woman who helped me get started, was kind, knowledgeable, and professional- she talked to me like an actual person instead of ‘just another customer’. Truly a delight.”
“Omni has consistently been there for us when we’ve needed them, for emergency or for routine service. Excellent, FAST and friendly! Look no further. I trust Omni and will continue supporting them as long as we live in their service area!”
“Yes the all the gentleman where very nice especially the manager they went above and beyond to explain my different options it was a difficult move from waterbury CT to augusta Ga and they made that part of my move easy very compasionate and undrrstanding the one female ... though that works there & awnser the phone needs to work on her customer service especially over the phone very rude”
“Woman I worked with was excellent at pick up and drop off. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Truck was spotless and I will definately recommend UHaul, Bank St, Waterbury to anyone! Don't change a thing.”
