“The nice man (I think he’s the owner I didn’t get his name sorry) looked at my side mirror and put it back into place with his hands and said someone bumped it but it was nice that he did that and he said he was a fair man. I thought it was broken. I was gonna pay him for his services but he didn’t charge me. Thank you to the nice man I’ll be sure to go back to him if there is anymore car troubles.”

“I recently had to get a battery for a 2003 Audi and had trouble finding one as it was a specialty battery. I should have called Napa first, as Eric, the person helping me, was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful! He went above and beyond for my wife, helping her solve the battery issue. As a local retailer (Ace Hardware) I appreciate the service we received from another local, family owned business! Thank you Eric!”
“I want to thank the staff at Walmart Auto Care Center in Waterford. Jerome, Jordan and Carlos you are AMAZING and I can't express how grateful I am with your absolute superb caring service. Thank you for treating me like family and not just another customer. You all are truly awesome!”

“I've now had my wife's car repaired there twice. Both times it's been a great experience. They are pleasant to speak with, very knowledgable, and have great communication skills. I'm picky and I must tell you that their work is flawless; never an issue or complaint from me. They are super transparent with their quoting, and find ways to save money during the body work process without sacrificing quality. Even during the repair they would call to check in. I highly recommend this professional shop.”
