“Stopped here after my tire had split the sidewall from a pot hole. Chris tried to find a tire locally, but had one delivered the next day. I came back after lunch and the tire had been replaced for a very reasonable price. Spent some time in the waiting room and enjoyed James' company. Busy place and it appears everyone works hard. Much appreciated.”

“I brought my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in to have the A/C checked as it was blowing warm air. I was amazed at the detail Eric took to diagnose the issue. He Started with testing the dash switch, relays, wiring harness all the way to the compressor to verify they were all good before ordering a compressor. Part was ordered and installed the next day. The air coming out of the vents now is in the 36 degree range. My wife drives the car and tells me how quickly the car gets to the desired temperature. I also asked Eric to check on a few items while the car was in. It did need rear brakes but a few of the items I asked him to look at he inspected and said they were fine and no reason to change them out. I love that honesty. “Absolutely wonderful to bring my car to this shop! My normal mechanic refused to take my car for an oil change, so I sent an email to Fran's Automotive to get an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in within two days!! Incredible customer service. I'll be returning to Fran's for sure. “My f550 broke down in harwinton. Was working on it in a parking lot at around 6:30 pm. Some guy pulled in and asked if we were good and needed help. I said I’ll take some help. Turns out to be the owner of cam automotive. He stayed there till around 9:30 to help us get the truck running. Super nice and knowledgeble. Would definitely reccomend going to his shop”

“Outstanding work and very honorable shop!My car sustained a transmission failure with a 2-3 shudder and other issues.I called this shop and Mario gave me a fair price to replace the transmission. He got me in the shop the very next week and had my car back to me within a few days. They did a fantastic job and the new transmission is working perfectly! They even allowed me to keep the old transmission and torque converter. I wanted it so I could pull it apart one day for fun and see what makes these ZF transmissions tick!While we were at it we noticed another issue with my front passenger side axle. I purchased a new axle from FCP Euro and Mario had the axle installed the very next day while I waited in the office working.Mario personally took my car for road tests with one of his techs to ensure everything was operating properly.I have been looking for an honest and fair mechanic for a very long time now.
