About Frank's Quiet Zone
Frank's Quiet Zone provides quality auto service across four convenient locations: Bantam, Thomaston, Watertown, and Orange. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful team, who effectively address car issues, as seen in successful repairs for check engine notifications and major overhauls, like head gasket replacements. Many reviews highlight the professionalism and efficiency of the staff, particularly during services like emissions testing and tire replacements. However, there are concerns from some customers about pricing practices, with accusations of overcharging and unnecessary repairs, leading to mixed feelings about trustworthiness. Overall, Frank's Quiet Zone is known for its dedicated service, but potential customers are advised to double-check their paperwork and be cautious about costs.
