“I have worked with Barry of B&C for upgrades to my vehicles for 40+ years, having everything done from remote starters/alarms, simple speaker upgrades to full-blown upgrades (amps, subs, equalizers, stereo, etc). Barry has always done amazing work and provided superior equipment. I am not saying everything was perfect every single time, but if there was ever any issue (which is rare), it was always rectified immediately and at no charge.”

I met with Tyress, who handled all my concerns, and was able to address all my issues. I have to say he is a valuable employee of T- mobile. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, and I was at a point of changing back to a previous service provider. He was so patient not only with my issues, but was able to handle helping out his workers graciously.
I will only go to the Watertown location because of the professional service offered there by Tyress and his co-workers.”
