Package reads its at location 20 minutes from my home all day and here it is a hour before they close and nothing. I could have walked there faster then they deliver. What going on here ? Do people actually work here or what now I wait two days more due to holiday weekend unbelievable.

I’m sure it’s the same driver that messes up my delivery if it doesn’t reach me and I have to file a claim and get stressed out! Because the other one would deliver to our house just fine. Drops it off in the front door. This other idiot i always end up calling customer service. Just fire whoever that is!
