“Update: my check engine came on Sunday at 4:30 PM and I needed to travel with my family out of state on Tuesday morning. I texted Sunday, got a response, dropped off the car, and they squeezed it in and fixed it on Monday! This was a couple weeks ago, and the repair has worked. Amazing service, and very appreciated!
It turns out I needed a very big repair. They quickly told me that my car was not worth repairing, and to look for a new vehicle. They could have taken advantage and done worthless repairs, and charged me, but they told the truth. Appreciate it!”

“I wanted to give some feedback on a great experience we had at Quick Lane Tire & Auto. This is not my first time at this establishment and all service visits have been exceptional. Today was basic service including lube, oil and filter. This included a full inspection report which was informative. The vehicle was also rinsed off making it look much better after a long winter. Nice touch!

“These guys are off the charts gold star for the absolute best in the business! My 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee hybrid has been dead as a door nail on the roof of the parking garage at Bradley airport. It took us 24 hours plus and seven tow companies before they were able to help us. Plus 2 Jeep dealerships provided no help. They were  amazing! What I can say is they impressed me with fast response and unlike any other towing, their dispatcher Mark was very polite and kind. He even agreed to tow it to the shop that we pointed at.
