Most places you go to has somebody at the counter, helping you looking at the computer. And saying here you go, this is a price, and it's usually it. ten year united states air force partially disabled veteran. The only money I get each month is from the military and social security disability. It doesn't add up to be too much. What retirement brings et cetera. I needed a alternator for my car he then went to his computer and brought up a price. And to be honest, it was competitive with the other major companies out there. The big difference is twofold .. First is the quality of the parts.. Napa has the finest parts in the whole industry. And in matter of fact.. I would say probably ninety five percent of car dealers use napa auto parts now that must tell you something and equally as important.. If something goes wrong with a part Napa, always, and I mean, always it backs up their products. No excuses, they just have great great great customer service. And I'm sure a lot of people out there are wondering about pricing. Napa has a few discount programs that will save significant money. When you go there, for example, if you're a member of aaa..... They save you a bunch of money. When I dealt with jamie today.. I felt like I was talking with my family member. i thought about it all day. How nice it was to go in that store and be treated like and the most important thing in the world at that time. Once again, you can't put a price on that. And to be fair, they have an assistant manager, Brandon who i've never known anyone to be that knowledgeable..caring and understanding when I kept explaining that my funds were limited and disability just doesn't pay much. Brandon went way out of his way to make sure I got the best deal anywhere out there.And I mean anywhere... In fact, he called Jamie over... the store manager ...together.. they are an amazing team. I urge anyone that needs an auto part to go there. First you won't be sorry... Mark my words and wait to see how you're treated and that it will be the end of it.You won't go anywhere else..”
