“I never thought I would be compelled enough to write a review for a bank but this bank is honestly worth mentioning.
They the best rates and attractive features, but its really the people and the culture that set this bank apart from the others. I do my personal banking as well as my business banking out of the West Hartford branch and have been incredibly well taken care of throughout every possible transaction, loan application and banking need. Ryan and his entire team truly treat you like family or your best friend, always with a smile and ready and eager to help make your life easier. You wont find a more friendly and incredibly competent staff anywhere plus they have a really impressive virtual banking ITM that lets you do face to face banking on the go right in the ATM lobby with extended hours- it works really well and is a huge help.
We all have to bank, might as well do so with awesome people that are really good at their jobs.”
