Terrible customer service. They simple don't care about any customer issues or feedback. Wish I had known before I started banking with them.

Went there cuz my branch is closed. Tryed calling for 15 min phones were off hook so I had to drive there 11miles so 22 miles both ways just for them to tell me something they could of said over phone. Smh
